For declaring the issue of crime in the Arab society as a real threat to the security of Israel citizens!

Since the beginning of this year, 2025, 29 Arabs have been killed in events related to crime and violence in the Arab society. There are no words to describe the failure of state institutions and the government in addressing – or rather, the complete lack of addressing – the Arab society. Violence and crime among the Arab population have claimed the lives of more than 1,250 Arab citizens since 2012. In just the last two days, 9 people lost their lives, including a 14-year-old child. The indifference of the police and the government to this catastrophe, which is afflicting a society that makes up 20% of the country’s residents, is unbearable and indicative of blatant racism and discrimination, simply because these are Arab citizens. The police and the government would not behave in such a manner if this were happening in the Jewish society, and this is shameful for both Israeli democracy and the state’s morality in general.

The All Its Citizens party calls on the government of Israel to declare the problem of crime in the Arab society as a real danger to the security of the state and to address it accordingly, immediately. The approach to this problem should include strict and proper enforcement of the law against all involved parties, increased police presence at all crime scenes, intensified investigations and handling of cases with the seriousness required until every case is solved (something that almost never happens), appropriate legal action and corresponding punishment, provision of cultural frameworks and employment for drop-out youth who have no other framework besides despair and falling into the arms of crime, support for families in a low socioeconomic state and severe poverty, care for appropriate educational institutions, integration and professional guidance with the aim of reducing the dropout rate, and more.

All these issues have been neglected and left unaddressed for decades, forming part of the institutional discrimination against the Arab society that has become governmental policy, especially that of the current Prime Minister who criticizes the Arab society for the sake of votes once every four years.

We call on everyone to exert pressure on the government by all legally permitted means, to change the strategy in favor of eliminating violence and crime in the Arab society, now and not tomorrow.

“We are committed to an uncompromising struggle against violence in all its forms and against anyone seeking to deny or restrict the rights and freedoms of others.”

— The foundational principles of the "All Its Citizens" party
